The atelier

My name is Alina. A few years ago I moved from Germany to the beautiful Costa Blanca in Spain — and it is this landscape, the sea and the light of the Mediterranean that shape everything I make.

Every piece at Unger Ceramica is formed entirely by hand. I work without molds and without a pottery wheel, which means no two pieces are ever alike. Slight variations in size, color and texture are not flaws — they are the signature of handmade work.

Production usually takes 3–4 weeks, as each piece is shaped, dried, fired and glazed individually. If you have a custom wish, I am always happy to hear from you.
